Getting to Little Abington, Cambridge

Parking around the site is quite limited, so please try and use public transport if at all possible.

We will be doing regular minibus runs from Cambridge Railway and Bus Stations. Further details will follow.

How to get To Cambridge:

By Rail

We will collect from Cambridge Station. To get to Cambridge you will probably need to change at London Kings Cross, London Liverpool St, Peterborough, Birmingham or Ely.

By Coach

We will collect from Cambridge (Drummer Street Bus Station/Parker's Piece coach stops). To get to Cambridge you will probably need to change at a London Airports, London Victoria, Birmingham or Milton Keynes. In addition to National Express etc. there is a Stagecoach coach (the X5) which travels Oxford-Milton Keynes-Bedford-Cambridge, so it might be worth comparing prices.

By Bus

Cambridge has bus services from most places within the county and principal destinations in surrounding counties, but for most purposes the train is probably better!
Little
Abington has bus services from Cambridge and Haverhill (Stagecoach 13/13A/13B), if you are feeling independent and don't want to rely on our shuttle minibuses!

By Air

Marshall Airport (aka Cambridge) does not have commercial flights. For those clubs with their own private jet, you will find that it is more than adequate! For everyone else, the nearest airport is London Stansted from where there is a direct train service to Cambridge.

By Car

There will now be onsite parking - everyone arriving by car is requested to follow the directions to Little Abington (see below) to unload and take further instructions from the staff in the car park. Cars parking onsite are likely to be blocked in, so please let staff know if you'll need to park elsewhere. Once the car park is full, you will be directed to park on local roads within the nearby villages. We'd really appreciate if you could park sensibly and responsibly - bearing in mind that access should be left clear and the roads are narrow - to avoid friction with the locals!

If you have to come by car then first of all try and lift share, check out http://get2rally.tangyorange.co.uk

If your group is planning to bring a minibus, please could you get in touch.
