Booking for Cambridge Ball is now closed. If you have just decided that you do want to come after all then please email ball@cusagc.org.uk ASAP and we will see if we can squeeze you in.

Less than two weeks until booking closes! - Posted on 28/2/2012
Booking will close on Friday the 9th of March (Please note that this is earlier than the 13th as was previously shown on this website). While we may be able to squeeze individuals in after the 9th we can't make any guarantees - so book on now!
As a sweetener, there will be a free raffle ticket for every ticket sold before midnight on Friday the 2nd of March. The raffle will be drawn on Saturday. All existing ticket holders will also receive one free ticket as a thank you for booking on early.
Prize: A free upgrade of any ticket to the Full Experience including a single room in college (or a partial refund if you have already purchased a Full Experience ticket).
Oh, and one last thing. We are busy allocating rooms at the moment so the number of accommodation spaces available may fluctuate a little as we try to twin you all up in an agreeable manner. If there are no accommodation tickets left when you try to book on then please email us and we will try to accommodate you.

Thank you to all those people who have already booked onto ball and payed your deposits. We have now reached the required funds to pay the venues interim payment. :)
If you haven't booked on we still want you to come and we appreciate how difficult it is to find spare money at this time of year. The prices have gone up by £5 since the 14th of January but we will knock this £5 of your bill if you pay your deposit by bank transfer of £45 within 4 working days of booking on. This offer will continue until the next price bracket is due to come in on the 22nd of February. After paying your deposit and securing your ticket you will have until the day after Spring Rally (20th February) to pay the remainder.

Cheques Found! - Posted on 13/1/2012
Following the loss of some cheques in the postal forwarding offered by CUSU, the Cambridge student union, these have been found.
If you have received an email saying your payment has been received then this is the case. If you posted it and haven't had an email yet, then please let me know on ball@cusagc.org.uk and I'll see if they can find any more in their postal system.

Lost Cheques - Posted on 11/1/2012
It has been noticed that the address for cheques has changed and many of you who have already booked on are getting reminders to pay even though you sent cheques long ago. It seems that the mail forwarding service run by our student union has failed and your cheques are sitting in some forgotten pidgeon hole somewhere. We are working on tracking them down so please bear with us. If you want to get the payment out of the way then please consider making a bank transfer directly into the Ball account and we will return your cheque when it is located. The details of how to pay us are under the "How to Pay" section.

£45 Deposit is Enough to Secure Your Tickets - Posted on 11/1/2012
While we would of course prefer you to pay for your tickets in full we appreciate that times are tough at the moment. If you can afford to make a deposit of £45 then we will accept your booking now and allow you to pay the remainder later on. Just please give us some indication of when you should be able to pay it. Full payment will be expected by the 20th of February (if you require longer then please ask us and we may provide extensions on an individual basis).

Additional Fine Dining Experience Tickets - Posted on 10/1/2012
The sale of the extra dinner only tickets is being postponed until Friday the 13th at 8pm. We will be crunching the numbers in the meantime to see if we can offer more than 10 of them. Thank you for your patience.
